All members involved with our grant review process are required to sign a Confidentiality Statement. Members are required to disclose any material relationships they have with nonprofit organizations (e.g. employee, beneficiary or board member) prior to serving on a committee in the grant review process. In the event of a potential conflict between the member and the nonprofit applying for our grant, the member shall not serve on the committee reviewing the particular application(s).
