    Before you apply: please carefully review the following pages of our website:

            1. many of the Grant Application questions have conditional follow-up questions
            2. two years of consecutive, CPA reviewed or audited Financial Statements are required.

                  2. Excel Project Budget Worksheet file will be available here on January 12, 2026.
                  3. Details and important considerations for each budget line item are available here. 
                  4. All ERROR messages must be fixed. Applications with ERRORS will not be considered for a Grant.
                  5. Save the file in Excel format with your organization name as the file name.
                  6. Attach the completed PBW Excel file to your Grant Application in the Portal (SlideRoom).
